This case arises from a May 3, 1995, automobile accident in which Plaintiffs vehicle was rear-ended. At trial, the jury found that plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries as a result of the accident and awarded him $50,000 in general damages, but unanimously found that plaintiff suffered no lost wages, either past or future. Because the jury verdict did not exceed the amount of the underlying USAA liability policy...
