We granted a writ of certiorari to determine whether this state may exercise personal jurisdiction over a nonresident corporate defendant who entered into a purchase agreement with a Louisiana corporation regarding commercial property located in Texas. For the reasons below, we reverse the judgment of the court of appeal, and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
