This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, appeal of the entry of judgment for defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Liberty") on the plaintiffs G.L.c. 90, §34M, claim for Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") benefits. The sole issue presented by the plaintiffs appeal is whether the plaintiff failed to "submit to [a] physical examination" as required by §34M1
