Hoxie Implement Co., Inc. (Hoxie) appeals from a final judgment entered in favor of Jim Baker, individually and d/b/a Baker Harvesting (Baker). Through that judgment, the court awarded Baker, among other sums, $251,884.95 against Hoxie. The latter now presents three issues for review.
