Plaintiff, Fred Harper, appeals from the trial court judgment rendered in favor of Defendant, Cheryl Harper, denying his motion to dissolve the temporary restraining order (TRO) and award attorney fees and costs and granting her modification of his visitation rights with the minor children. For the reasons which follow, we reverse and remand.
