August Tokish (Claimant) and his attorney, Ronald T. Tomasko (Tomasko), petition for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board). The Board reversed the order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) apportioning attorney's fees between Tomasko, who is Claimant's current counsel, and the firm of Jason M. Weinstock (Weinstock), Claimant's former counsel, on the basis that a Court of Common Pleas, rather than the WCJ or the Board...
