This is an appeal from a final judgment rendered on June 2, 1999, by the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, finding Mr. Clarence O. Dupuy, Jr. in contempt of court. Mr. Dupuy was one of the attorneys for the Defendants, Harry and Bertha Hillensbeck. The issues in this appeal are identical to those in the Hillensbecks' writ application captioned "In Re: Harry J. Hillensbeck and Bertha Hillensbeck, 99-C-1938."
