STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Clifford Maher, an officer of the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) with permanent status, appeals from a decision of the Civil Service Commission (the Commission), City of New Orleans, denying his appeal from his termination by NOPD1. Finding no error of fact or law in the Commission's decision, we affirm.
