¶ 1. Bennie Overstreet appeals his convictions in the Circuit Court of Neshoba County following a trial by a jury conducted July 14, 1999. Overstreet was convicted of selling less than an ounce of marijuana under Count I of the indictment and of selling cocaine under Count II.
