In this appeal, America's Favorite Chicken Company, f/k/a Church's Fried Chicken ("AFC"), and Marvin Demourelle contend that the trial court erred in granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Sanderson Farms ("Sanderson"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
