This is a suit to recover damages as a result of a slip-and-fall accident which occurred on October 5, 1998, at the Wal-Mart store located in Eunice, Louisiana. In the suit, Mazie Terry sought to recover from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart) the damages she sustained in the fall. After trial, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of Wal-Mart, rejecting Ms. Terry's demands. Ms. Terry appealed, and for the following reasons, we affirm the trial court...
