TIG Insurance Company appeals judgment of the trial court denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Ashley Craig (a minor child represented by her parents and legal guardians, Olan D. and Alwin Craig). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
