George Canavan (Petitioner) petitions this Court for review of the May 30, 2000 order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Petitioner's motion to set aside a final receipt executed by Petitioner on October 15, 1981.
