This appeal arises from the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of Blue Marlin Specialty Tools and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. The trial court found Anthony Mouton was limited to the exclusive remedies of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act, and as Mouton's employer, Blue Marlin was entitled to the exclusivity protection of the Act.
