This matter is before the Court sitting en banc upon a joint formal complaint for disbarment filed by the Mississippi Bar, through its General Counsel, and Derryl Wayne Peden, seeking the disbarment of Peden for his unprofessional and unethical conduct and conduct evincing unfitness for the practice of law.
