On November 23, 1999, the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, through its Executive Director, filed a Complaint for Disbarment against Mr. Tucker in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The complaint demonstrated that Mr. Tucker had been convicted of two felonies.
