A jury in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County convicted Curtis Eugene Byrd of cocaine possession with the intent to distribute, and various lesser included offenses and traffic charges. The State's evidence included a large amount of money the police found and removed from Byrd's home, pursuant to a search warrant.
