Joyce Loftis filed for divorce and property division. Her husband, Charles, filed a counter-petition for divorce. They settled the distribution of all assets except for $35,016.98. The court denied Joyce's claims for separate property reimbursement of $33,657.48 and $6,283.62, but allowed her claim for reimbursement of $1,359.50 against Charles' separate property estate.
