Plaintiff sold defendant property. When defendant determined that plaintiff had misrepresented facts in connection with the sale, she stopped making payments on the property. Plaintiff brought an action for judicial foreclosure, and defendant counterclaimed for misrepresentation. The trial court entered judgment in plaintiff's favor on the judicial foreclosure claim and in defendant's favor on her misrepresentation...
