BROWN, J.,

Defendant, Arthur R. Robinson, was convicted of two counts of second degree kidnapping. As to count one, he was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment at hard labor, two years of which were to be without benefit. As to count two, defendant was adjudicated a fourth felony offender and sentenced to life imprisonment. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences. The victim in count one refused to testify...
