This appeal is based on a jury verdict from the Wayne Circuit Court convicting John Anderson of two counts of first-degree rape, four counts of first-degree sodomy, and one count of sexual abuse of his stepdaughter, C.S.B. The victim testified that Appellant began having sexual relations with her in 1992 when she was ten years old. Anderson was sentenced to twenty years for each rape charge, twenty years...
