Derrick Lowe appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Lowe alleged he was entitled to be resentenced pursuant to Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000). Lowe also claimed the habitual felony offender sentences for his life felony convictions were illegal because they were imposed pursuant to an unconstitutional version...
