The plaintiff brought a medical malpractice action against Wade Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Thomas Zink, a chiropractor employed by the clinic. The plaintiff alleged that Dr. Zink, as an employee of the clinic, negligently injured her jaw during an adjustment. After discovery, the defendants moved for summary judgment on September 30, 1998.
