The state has brought this petition for writ of certiorari to challenge the trial court's final sentencing order which departed from the terms of a substantial assistance agreement. The respondent, Reginald Jordan, moved to dismiss the state's petition for lack of jurisdiction. We asked for supplemental briefs on the issue of jurisdiction.
