This is a joint petition for writ of prohibition filed by the parties to an action for an injunction for protection against domestic violence and a subsequently-filed dissolution of marriage action. The parties have apparently reconciled and the petitioner-wife filed voluntary dismissals in both actions. Now, the parties have jointly filed this petition for writ of prohibition seeking to prevent the trial judge from continuing to exercise jurisdiction...
