On December 4, 1996, plaintiff, Anthony Campo, was injured in an accident, In November of 1997, Mr. Campo's employer, the City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge (city/parish), filed suit to recover any workers' compensation benefits or expenses paid to its employee, Mr. Campo, or to be paid in the future. On December 3, 1997, Mr. Campo sued the tortfeasor, Mr. Frank Goudeau, and his insurer in both Livingston and East Baton Rouge Parishes...
