Linda K. Atwater ["Atwater"] appeals the sentence she received for conspiracy to commit racketeering. We affirm.

In 1996, Atwater was charged by amended information with racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, two counts of petit theft, twenty-two counts of uttering a forged instrument, and organized fraud.
