R & J Holding Company (Condemnee) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court) that sustained in part and overruled in part Condemnee's preliminary objections to the Declaration of Taking filed by the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Montgomery (Condemnor).
