Claimant seeks review of the part of a Workers' Compensation Board (Board) order affirming denial of his claim due to his non-cooperation with the insurer, Cigna. Cigna cross-petitions from the part of the Board's order denying its motion to dismiss due to claimant's failure timely to request an expedited noncooperation hearing. We reverse on Cigna's cross-petition; the Board should have granted the motion to dismiss. We therefore need not and do not address...
