776 So.2d 1132 (2001)

Christopher GOODELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

February 14, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and G. Kay Witt, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Karen M. Holland, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

BARFIELD, C.J.

The parties agree that the sentence on the charge of home invasion robbery is valid and that the sentence on each of the other five charges exceeds the statutory maximum due solely to the ten-year probationary term added to the statutory maximum prison term. We STRIKE the probationary term from the five challenged sentences, and AFFIRM the sentences in all other respects.
