Appellant (Olmsted) seeks review of a final order dismissing his legal malpractice claim against appellees with prejudice, and entering summary judgment in favor of appellees on his claim that they charged "an excessive and illegal [attorneys'] fee under Florida law." We conclude that the trial court correctly determined that, on the undisputed facts, (1) Olmsted could not establish that he would have prevailed in the underlying litigation but for appellees...
