¶ 1 Nathaniel Hunter appeals his judgment of sentence. We affirm.

¶ 2 In 1996, a jury found appellant guilty "of third degree murder and three counts of violating Pennsylvania's Corrupt Organizations Act ("COA")," but found him not guilty of criminal conspiracy.
