The plaintiffs, Donald and Dariel Mosing, appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company. Travelers appeals the trial court's finding that an uninsured motorist (UM) policy issued to the Mosings by Aetna Casualty and Surety Company included punitive damages. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment invalidating a rejection of UM coverage by Frank's Casing...
