Ribbeck Construction Corporation, (Ribbeck) the appellant, was awarded damages against Millard E. Morris (Morris) for wrongful termination of a contract in an arbitration proceeding. In a separate hearing, the appellee, Albert K. Newlin, Inc., (Newlin) who had subcontracted with Ribbeck, was awarded damages against Ribbeck. Ribbeck sued Newlin to recover attorney fees and costs incurred in the arbitration proceeding in proportion to Newlin's recovery...
