Terry Lyn Neal, appeals a jury verdict finding him guilty of armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, attempted felony murder, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Neal also appeals the court's denial of his motion for a new trial and his judgment and sentence of 127.5 months in the Department of Corrections.
