PER CURIAM.

We reverse the summary denial of appellant's motion for post-conviction relief, wherein he alleges that his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to call him to testify at the pretrial hearing on his motion to suppress his confession, and remand for the attachment of portions of the record conclusively refuting his claim or for an evidentiary hearing.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
