Ratcliff appeals from an order withholding adjudication of guilt and placing him on two years probation for two counts of dealing in stolen property.1 After the trial court denied Ratcliff's motion to suppress evidence which was dispositive of the case, Ratcliff reserved his right to appeal and entered guilty pleas to the charges.
