RANDOLPH v. STATE

No. 1D00-4499.

789 So.2d 1080 (2001)

Lorenzo RANDOLPH, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

June 18, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lorenzo Randolph, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, James W. Rogers, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Lorenzo Randolph appeals the summary denial of his motion filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm the denial of his claims involving purported prosecutorial misconduct, but reverse the denial of his claim seeking remand for reconsideration of his minimum-mandatory sentence imposed before the supreme court decided State v. Hudson, 698 So.2d 831 (Fla.1997).
