¶ 1. Kenyatta Bronson was seventeen years old when he was indicted for the offense of armed robbery. On December 5, 1996, Bronson pled guilty to such offense, and a Yazoo County Circuit Court judge found him guilty of armed robbery. Bronson was sentenced to serve twenty years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with three years suspended. Bronson filed a petition to set aside his guilty...
