The defendant, General Accident Insurance Company of Canada, appeals the Superior Court's (Barry, J.) grant of summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Genevieve Przekaza, on her petition for declaratory judgment. We affirm.

"Summary judgment is appropriate when the evidence demonstrates that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law." Grossman v. Murray,
