¶ 1. The appellant, Carl Eugene Miller, Jr., appeals the order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County which denied his motion to withdraw a guilty plea. Miller struck a man with his fist and killed him. He was indicted and a jury found him guilty of manslaughter, whereupon the court sentenced him to a term of twenty years imprisonment with five years suspended, and fifteen years to serve. We...
