THOMAS F. DALEY, Judge.

The defendant, Bret Esteves, pled guilty to carnal knowledge of a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:80. Following a presentence investigation and sentencing hearing, defendant was sentenced to seven years at hard labor. He has appealed, claiming that the facts and circumstances of this case do not support a seven year sentence and the sentence is constitutionally excessive.
