Dixon Paul Danner moved for postconviction relief, claiming that he is entitled to be resentenced under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000). The trial court correctly denied relief. See Dunenas v. Moore, 762 So.2d 1007 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000).
