Father and mother appeal from a judgment terminating their parental rights to their two children under ORS 419B.504. We reverse.

The parties have two children, Kasey, born on August 18, 1997, and Kameron, born on February 18, 2000. Trial in this matter occurred in April 2000, and the trial court made its rulings terminating the parental rights of father and mother in July 2000. We review the record de novo.
