The plaintiff, Anthony Daley, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant, Wesleyan University, in this action concerning the alleged breach of an employment contract. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) instructed the jury concerning his breach of contract claim and (2) excluded expert testimony relating to his scholarship.
