HOLLAND, Justice.

This is a direct appeal by the defendant-appellant, Freddy Flonnory, following the imposition of a death sentence.1 Flonnory and Korey Twyman, were charged by indictment with two counts of Intentional Murder and related offenses. Upon Flonnory's application, to co-defendants' cases were severed.
