Before SOUTHWICK, P.J., LEE, and MYERS, JJ.

SOUTHWICK, P.J., for the court:

¶ 1. Cassalena Williams brought suit against Monticello Insurance Company for bad faith filing of an interpleader action. On appeal, Williams argues that issues of material fact existed as to the good faith of the interpleader. We find no error and affirm.
