Plaintiff-in-reconvention/appellant, Stallings Construction Company, Inc., appeals the judgment of the city court, which granted the defendant-in-reconvention/appellee, LaPlace Concrete, Inc.'s Exception of Prescription, dismissing the reconventional demand of Stallings Construction Company, Inc. Following a review of the record, we reverse the judgment of the city court.
