This appeal arises out of a commercial lease dispute between Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart) and BVT Lebanon Shopping Center, Ltd. (BVT). We granted this appeal to determine the appropriate measure of damages for Wal-Mart's breach of the leasing agreement.
