CASANUEVA, Judge.

Gigliotti Contracting North, Inc., appeals a summary judgment after the trial judge denied its motion for intervention in a garnishment proceeding and a judgment of dismissal with prejudice of its construction lien action based on the prior garnishment judgment. We reverse but commend the trial judge for his valiant efforts to make order out of chaos.
